On
the 16th of December 2021, KOI, an Esports organization founded by soccer
superstar, Gerard Pique and Spanish streamer, Ibai Llanos made their debut in
League of Legends Esports. The event happened at the Palau San Jordi stadium in
Barcelona, Spain, and was attended by many fans.
Karmine
Corp was defeated by the new squad on the European block. If you didn't already
know, Karmine Corp has a new player, Rekkels. He is rated one of the greatest
players in Europe but has not been proving himself as of late.
KOI
and KCorp's match was intense and ended in a 2 – 1 showdown that wowed the
audience. During stages of the battle, the viewership peaked at 480,000,
according to Esports statistics website EsportsCharts.

The
player lineup is quite profound and includes some of the best in the LoL scene.
Ibai has vast connections and knows how to bring players together to win games.
Below we have listed the lineup of players who will take on the Spanish LoL
League.
Furthermore,
the group consists of seven players, a head coach, head analyst, assistant
coach, community manager, and a host of content creators. Let's look at the
starting roster of KOI below:

roster guided the organization's new SuperLiga LoL team that participated in
its self-held event in front of 12,000 attendees. The primary sponsors of KOI
are Cupra, Disney+, and FI Network, which shows in the team's purple-black
color scheme.
During
the reveal, Pique and Ibai were not shy to openly admit to wanting to compete
with KCrop, a French group famous for its extensive fanbase.

VS Karmine Showmatch
The
match that ensued at the start of the 2022 season was one for the books, with
KOI winning over Karmine. It was an epic battle that ultimately led to the
demise of the less prepared KCorp.
There
were roars throughout the stadium when the spectacular match ended. It was an
excellent match, and we are sure to see some extraordinary plays coming from
both teams in this coming season.

Content Creators
KOI
has hugely talented content creators besides its fantastic roster of
experienced and knowledgeable players. It has created a team of Spanish
language creators that will produce its content in bulk to get where it needs to
be promotion-wise.

the efforts put in by both Gerard and Ibai, it looks like KOI is off to an
incredible start to the season. It ended off last year strong, and it seems
like there is no stopping them from forging forward into the future of the
Spanish LoL League.
